in short, it was expensive and other than their wifi and breakfast, it was very underwhelming. in particular the customer service was not upto a 4 star hotel.

Friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Delicious food. Restaurant personnel friendly and helpful. Cozy restaurants. EXCELLENT!

Stopped here for a drink during our hike. Friendly and quick service. Drinks were tasty 😋

We didn't stay - just ate at the restaurant. Unfortunately the Knödels were almost cold in the middle and for some reason they didn’t accept credit cards – only cash. Not to accept credit cards during the corona outbreak is simply not ok. And weird in 2020 that they don’t accept international credit cards.
